General Terms:
- Shipping options are available for all bicycles.
- In-store pickup is currently unavailable at this time.
- Unfortunately, we are unable to ship internationally at this time.
- If a purchase is going to be made, please make sure to assign every details acquired (i.e Product Color, Wheel Size and Frame Size) before check out.
Pricing Terms:
- All prices listed are in Indonesian Rupiah.
- Shipping costs is not included in the listed prices.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
How To Purchase Online:
- To place an order, choose the product you desire, and click the “Add to Cart” button on the Product Details page, that will automatically show the Shopping Cart hover box on the top right of the screen for preview.
- To preview your Shopping Cart, simply click the “Cart” icon on the top right of the page. (I moved this point up)
- If the product shown on the Shopping Cart is not as expected, simply click the “Trash” icon to remove the product.
- If you wish to continue shopping, just click the “X” (cross) icon and it will close the Shopping Cart hover box.
- To view your order, click the “View Cart” button, and it will direct you to the “Cart” page where all your orders will be shown.
- To change the Quantity, Frame Size or Wheel Size, simply click on the “Edit” icon of each product shown on the “Cart” page.
- To finish your order, click the “Checkout”.
- Upon clicking the “Checkout” button, you will be directed to “Login/Register” page. Click “Login” if you are already registered, or “Register” if you are a new customer. You must have a registered account to in order complete your order.
- Make sure all the required data is completed to ensure prompt delivery.
- Ensure payment is completed. If the payment transaction has been successfully carried out, we will send a payment receipt by electronic mail (e-mail) to the e-mail address listed in your personal data.
- Make sure the “City” listed is correct and the “Address” is complete in order to avoid shipping errors. Things that result in delivery errors due to errors in the Invoice, the costs incurred are borne by the customer, and if there is a difference in shipping fees, it cannot be refunded.
Payment Transaction:
- All transactions will be processed in Rupiah.
- Orders placed after 3pm on weekdays will be processed the next day, orders made on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays will be processed on Monday or the next business day.
- All product information is as stated on the Invoice.
- Payment via Credit Card will be processed within 24 hours.
- We ensure that your transactions are safe using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, where SSL provides customers with complete security and freedom to shop online without worrying about the possibility of credit card data theft / fraud.
Product Delivery:
- Products will be sent in original packaging.
- Calculation of shipping costs based on product volume in the box (length x width x height), in accordance with the provisions issued by each shipping service.
- The administrative process will be carried out on the next day, with a duration starting from the administrative process until the goods are out of the warehouse to the expedition for a maximum of 3 (three) working days. Delivery receipts will be sent via email by the authorized department after the goods are shipped, and buyers can track orders through the provider’s website. No administrative or delivery activity on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.
- We do not accept refund claims for shipments that are delayed (according to the clauses issued by each shipping service). The customer hereby agrees to the prices and shipping charges listed. In the event of a price adjustment and or excess shipping fees listed on the Invoice with the original shipping charges listed on the delivery receipt, the difference in costs cannot be reclaimed.
- Risks that occur in transit or delays in delivery are not our responsibility. All products sent by JNE will be insured against loss and damage in transit. The claim process will involve the customer and us for verification.
Other Terms:
- United Bike does not accept the installation of the purchased product.
- All damage and warranty claims must be sent to our address. Shipping costs for warranty claims are entirely at the customer’s expense.
- For suggestions, critics, and other information regarding the use of the website, please send an e-mail to marketing@unitedbike.com.
- When you submit an Order to the site, you agree and comply with the applicable terms and conditions.
