What Happens If the Throttle Grip on an Electric Bike Breaks?

Throttle Grip functions as a driver on electric bike.

If the throttle grip is problematic, the Throttle / Gas symbol will appear on the speedometer display.

Common symptoms that occur are the MCB is in the ON condition and the e-moped engine is on, but the throttle grip does not work when accelerated.

Open the cable storage cover in the front motorbike body and look for the throttle socket connected to the black, red and green cables.

In some other types of e-mopeds, the cable is inside the head cover.

Make sure the cable connected to the throttle socket is properly installed.

Tighten if loose.

If the cable is properly installed but the Throttle symbol on the speedometer still appears, it is recommended to replace the throttle part.

How to Install an Electric Bike Battery: 2-Row Battery Position
