When the battery on the e-moped is damaged, the unit will be in a condition where it cannot be turned on or completely dead.

As an initial step in checking it, connect the unit to a charger that is connected to a power outlet.

Then turn on the MCB by pressing the lever to the ON position.

If the unit turns on and the electricity works properly when the charger is connected, then it can be analyzed that the damage is in the battery installation.

Next, check the battery in the lower deck of the e-moped.

Check the existing cable installation, whether it is loose or not.

If there are any loose bolts, tighten them using a screwdriver.

Make sure the battery cable installation is properly installed.

If the cable installation is confirmed to be properly installed but the e-moped engine is still not working, then the solution is to replace the damaged battery with a new battery.

How to Install an Electric Bike Battery: 2-Row Battery Position
