What is the weight limit of the bikes?
The total weight limit (incl. the weight of the rider and all equipment) for an adult bike is set at 105-110 kg. For Kids bike, the weight limit is set at 45-50 kg.
In what form are the bikes shipped?
The bikes will be shipped in a box, having already been 85% assembled.
How to assemble my United Bike?
The instructions of how to assemble your United Bike can be found in the Manual Book inside the box.
Do United Bike sell frame-sets?
Unfortunately, we do not sell framesets currently.
How do I get spare parts for my United Bike?
For spare parts and accessory enquiries, please contact ATR Cycling (IG: ATR_Cycling.id) or call PT. Bintang Timur at 021-30052623 (open office hours).
What is your warranty policy?
If you have any trouble with your bike, kindly contact your dealer, from where you purchased your bike, or visit the nearest Build A Bike or ATR Cycling store in your city. Bring your purchase order along with the bike, and our staff will gladly help you with the matters. If there is no Build A Bike or ATR Cycling store nearby, you can send your warranty claim via email to cs@unitedbike.com.
